A small percentage of sheep had aborted, we isolated C. burnetti from aborted foetuses. Definite contamination of environment and other sheep, but placentas were never recovered. Abortions stopped and all lambs since were born alive and strong. The sheep are in close proximity to various game species. Any other inputs?
