I need to load 15 buffalo bulls (3-4 years) caught in a passive boma that has loading facilities into a container and then offloaded in a new camp. How long before the loading can I give water-based perphenazine (WBP) and would 60 mg be the correct dose, or should I give 80 mg? Traveling time is about 20-30 min in the container.
