It works well when you combine 50mg/ml azaperone with 10mg/ml ACP in a 50:50 mixture (that's in ml's combinations) Pierre, I use it in the darts. At mass capture, we inject the springbok 1ml each of this mixture and it calms them down quite well. [2022/03/01, 09:49:57] Paul Reynolds: And in HH (low opioid) combinations? [2022/03/02, 07:25:24] Hennie Klopper: Morning Paul In sable, I've seen some that go very deep, especially when using HH with ACP/ azaperone, I don't give them any top-up if I've used it in the dart. In the dart I use HH regime with 0,2-0,3ml of ACP:azaperone mixture for springbok and for sable 0,5ml. [2022/03/02, 07:30:46] Hennie Klopper: Mass capture: 1ml Springbok 1,5-2ml sable, depending on effect, I do the first group that comes in and then adjust from there I have never had any penile prolapse/priaprism issues before. I use ACP + Domosedan when doing CEM swaps in stallions, also no problem thus far, but there's always a first for everything!
