The GnRH mostly has an indirect effect on the ovaries (via the pituitary gland and FSH and LH) when you think about the different hormones playing a role. So with the ovaries gone I don’t think it makes a big difference. How long ago were the implants placed? The two males with her were vasectomized a few years ago, but the fighting was a problem every time she came on heat.
