Gareth Hunter, [17 Nov 2022 at 10:26:27]: Morning everybody. In a pinch, would it be safe to feed carnivores meat (mainly muscle) from cattle carcasses that have died from Cestrum laevigatum (ink berry) poisoning? Would the kaurene glycoside residues, or other residues due to liver failure, in the tissues be problematic? Henry Labuschagne, [17 Nov 2022 at 11:43:18]: NO !!! Roy Bengis, [17 Nov 2022 at 11:51:48]: Is that NO meaning it is not safe, or does it mean "no problem". Gareth Hunter, [17 Nov 2022 at 11:53:53]: Not safe I assumed? Prof Myburgh also suggested rather staying away.
