Manie du Plessis, [17 Aug 2022 at 11:45:59]: It’s JW’s Eksteen's genius and I use it daily on a variety of species : To a 1g bottle of ketamine powder add 15ml of human 5mg/ml midazolam and 0,7ml medetomidine (20mg/ml - thus 14mg). You end up with approx 65mg ketamine, 0,8mg medetomidine and 5mg midazolam per ml if I can remember correctly. Also a very nice mix to top up stuff that’s down but still want to bite you etc - 0,3ml IV for buffalo with insomnia!
