I found an article that says medetomidine 0.015mg/kg, ACP 0.05mg/kg and butorphanol 0.02mg/kg but seems very high. There are so many combinations you can rather use in my opinion. 1 to 2 mg M99 and 5 to 7 mg medetomidine and 40 to 60 mg azaperone works very well. If not deep enough, ketamine IV works wonders in 50 to 70 mg bolus doses.
