The LEDET guys this side are often using Q-Bond and we just recently had a big issue with failures in some of the horns. My concern is the heat generation from the Q-Bond is damaging the chip. I use cold cure dental acrylic or Adhere hoof glue, still gets hot, but not overly so, and haven’t had any issues with damaged microchips. For microchips I use normal Pratley Putty. Works well. Jacques ODell, [14 Mar 2023 at 16:08:02]: Joel, I use Aquamend. This hardens quite rapidly and cures even when wet.
