Do you have any suggestions as to what we might be able to try for them? Can one mix deadline 50:50 with an oil and use topically if they can get close enough?( we do it for horse ) or is there something else we can put in the feed? Or paint ball them? We have been darting /pole syringing with Dectomax but it doesn't last long enough and not sustainable to have me come put every few weeks for that. They don't want the cost of building an applicator feeding trough for just 2 small buck. Thank you. Henry Labuschagne, [24 May 2023 at 12:36:29]: Use Deadline neat or use Topline ( fipronil ) They can modify the feeding trough : put a sponge on the side, soak with dip so that it rubs off on the skin when feeding / drinking. They can hang a few cotton ropes down from a tree/frame where they frequent, soak with dip to rub on body when they touch the ropes. Put a calf in the camp to pick up ticks and dip the calf at 4.4.5 day intervals with amitraz. Motsumi Treatment darts with fipronil or paintball Dipballs (Afrivet) are also options. They can easily DIY build a Rollerdip with paint rollers soaked with dip on side of water trough. You can put Bravecto off label in food.
