Monkeys caused chaos when it was really young, and it fell out of the nest. There was then some intervention by the public getting it back in the nest. The parents have apparently been feeding it and has been okay up until now. The symptoms shown here seem to be neurological to me (thiamine deficiency perhaps?), although the way the joints buckle looks strange.
